Grymt bra service och trevlig personal igenom hela organisationen, ledningen eller så kallar ”management” teamet kan uppdatera sin uppsyn på dagliga driften speciellt skick av bostäderna men också hur personalen mår. Flera jobbade sjuka, vissa hade inte rätt kunskap eller verktyg fick hjälpa de bland annat att fixa tätningslister osv. Rummen är väldigt dåligt isolerade mot trafikljud utifrån. Många små brister här och där tyvärr, som exempelvis fläktar är trasiga, städpersonal slarvar, de glömmer av vad man had kommit överens om. Vissa saker i byggnaden funkade inte alltid så som dusch vid poolen, kallt vatten i poolen. Jag såg att personalen har hjärtat på rätt plats och passion för service men ledningen har sämre uppfattning om dagliga driften och kundupplevelsen.
