I did not plan to stay in Jakarta but however due to an issue with my flight, I had to spend a day in Jakarta. I had no booking, and decided to just walk in at this hotel. It was around 8 pm and I was super tired. The receptionist welcomed me and I guess he realised that I was too tired to talk. He do the check in super efficient and all I know was I got my room and I could rest. He, whose name I do not remember, ensure that I was well-taken care of. All I need was my room and he fully understand that. It was a short and sudden stay but one thing for sure: I do not regret choosing this hotel :)
Good service, fast check in and check out. We were kindly assist by Mr.rizal he is kind and helpful. Specially to Ms Dwi as a reservation very helpful for give information about room. and for swimming pool is small but is enough for couple.
I like the room, it's spacious and clean. It's value for money as well.. but the service was great, the facilities were good. Will visit Jakarta next month, Ibis Kemayoran will definitely be my choice to stay.
Staff, cleanliness and location all Gold Star. I would recommend this Hotel for value for money and an enjoyable stay. Gold Star is my own personal award for excellence. Breakfast was good. The lift was quick. The location is gr8 for being central and they have good security. The pool was very clean.

So i have stayed here several times now, and this is the second time i write a review for this property because i had to. This property getting better in every single sides by my point of view. From the very first time i made the reservation, Mrs. Dwi answered my phone and it was very nicely smooth, many options of room rate and offering. The check-in check-out process was fast and nice, more because Mrs. Helen's excellence service. Breakfast was nice, pool was okay, location itself was nearby to food district like Pecenongan, near to Senen Station and Market, i couldn't ask for more. The room was specially treated and decorated to welcome me, also with welcome letter and sliced fruits, too sweet you guys! A good property not only define by the location, building, and the price, it is the human, the employees that make us feel treated like home.. Always a comeback!!!
I stay 4 days in this hotel. Not a new hotel, the furniture is a bit old, but still acceptable. The first day there was no mat in the bathroom, the second day was not given a towel, the next day complete all. For a standard breakfast like other ibis hotels. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, but did not get to use. In front of the hotel there is a mandiri atm. A bit difficult to find a mini market around the hotel. Although inside the hotel there is a small shop, but it does not look open at the time of my stay. Overall the hotel is ok for a few days business purposes in jakarta with a fairly affordable price.
The overall service is good. However, the room that I stayed deserves renovation. The whole room requires renovation. Table and mattress are worn out. Toilet bowl and overall room cleaniness are lacking.
Is very old hotel and very noisy,staff service and manner is totally bad,i never want going back to this hotel anymore,i was pay my room with breakfast but on hotel system my room wasn't with breakfast!!the last day am at hotel i was going to restaurant for breakfast and suddenly waiter at restaurant asking my room number and she said i cant come inside for breakfast and i need to pay extra for breakfast and as me member accor i got 50% discount for breakfast,and i'm explain to her that i already pay for my breakfast 3days ago when i'm check in and i told her please check on front office,and she go to front office and say your room no breakfast and not yet payment for breakfast!!she make me like beggar front og other guests,it would be better you order food from outside than eat hotel's food because they serve you food very not properly to eat!!the hot water for tea isn't hot,rice noodle full of oil,fried rice is full of oil,omlet isn't like omlet
