Great stay

We are very pleased because the hotel gave us a simple small cake for my son's birthday - the reason why we had the staycation in the first place. It's just that the swimming pool had quite a strong chlorine smell, and the parking area was not covered. Other than that, the experience in this hotel was great and my 5 year old son was very happy with the simple cake. Thank you Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi for making my son's birthday special :)

The curtain was dusty and there is no shower head only water pipe. The AC is take quite sometime to cool the room. The king bed is actually two twin beds put close each other.

Very strategic location in Bekasi Barat area. Room is clean, food is nice. Above mega bekasi mall, not a grand mall but you can find everything inside. Worth for money and stay ;)

My 3 nights stay at Santika hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights here. It is convenient as you can go down to eat, shop or do marketing. The room is spacious and clean, there is wifi. The food is available in many variety, Indonesian and western food. But on the second day, few of the food were not fresh, we gave feedback to the staff and she changed the food. Service is good.
