Check-in was super quick. Room is amazingly still nice. Food selection and taste at The Cafe is still one of the best buffet in Jakarta's 5* hotels. Had a great time. The only thing that could be improved is probably the strictness of the usage of pool. There is a limitation on the number of persons from each room can go to the pool.

my luggase was lost in jakarta aiport and Concierge & Mulia representative in the airport performed a top job to find it (they search every square centimeter of garuda warehouse) Last but not least : food was excellent
Friendly and efficiency, overall performance are at very high level of standard. Environment are typically classic in feel, but modernize on outlook and design. Room setting, in term of cleanliness, bed condition and spacious for real comfort sleep.
An amazing hotel in Central Jakarta. Loved the rooms, wifi, breakfast and restaurants inside. Right from the checkin you can feel that you are being taken care of. Pleasant staff smiling each time you meet. I loved my stay at the Mulia and I hope to be back soon.
They charged me more than what I am expecting, promised me speical rates and changed to higher during my stay, escalated to their duty manger and she didn't do anything Very disappointing indifferent and incompetent attitude
Bug room, many additional bonus, clean, lift speed fast, news paper never come as the promis from ceceptionist. Need more variation of food. Location convenient, free taxi to GKBI, free laundry for 2 pcs
I visited the hotel before in April and liked it so much and decided to come again. This time I returned back with the hope of he same great Experience but faced absolute disappointment . Unclear rates communication, spent so much time trying to figure out where is the problem and couldn't figure out the root cause. I still paid the price of confusion between my agent and the hotel because of the horrible communication of (Tren) the reservation supervisor. I spoke numerously with the duty manger (Novita) about the misleading information of the front office person who checked me in (Mei) and she didn't help, saying nothing can be done. My corporate rate 208Usd , I was checked in on another rate Mei said it's my agent mistake and promised my corp rate which was explained to me as lower but can only be applied on the second night of my stay (which I don't known why), I complained to the agent then suddenly (tren) said the corporate rate is higher and I have to pay more finally paid 281Usd a fourth rate which is 100USD from my previous visit rate. They are trying to convince me that it is my mistake, all what I asked for was same Room As my previous stay at the same rate.. very disappointing I hated the unclarity the horrible attitude of management of handling the problem And the feeling I got that since I am a foreigner I shouldn't be complaining about money and I have to pay whatever they told me. Have to be extremely clear with them in advance and don't expect professional attitude and trust. Be extra vigilant Will never come back again, until this is fixed ... if ever it can be fixed...!!!!
This is my 6th stay at the Mulia and every time they impress. The service is excellent and personal, I am greeted my name and made to feel very welcome. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurants in the hotel are good. There is a good pool and a great gym. This is one of my favorite work destinations and I recommend the Mulia for anyone staying in Jakarta.
A very beautiful property with friendly staff. This is one of the most beautiful and intricate lobbies at a five star hotel. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are well apportioned and well decorated. The hotel is perfectly clean. There is a nightclub with live music that played classic rock. The hotel has a very nice pool to enjoy when it's not raining. The only strike against the hotel was lunch here did not agree with me and my colleague. Also, if arranging a hotel car make sure it is in fact their car and not a local taxi billed to them. We had many issues with local taxis booked by the hotel. We did not have the same issues with the hotel car.
