My husband and I finished our Asian trip with three nights at hotel Kempinski. Our. Room didn’t have great views but so quiet on 6th floor. The Tv is huge and you can get your need in English. The pool , hot tub are beautiful with great views. Especially at night. Great fitness center, The #1 item that makes this hotel is their service!! Oh lest I forget breakfast comes with your reservation and it is awesome! If I want to be picky the bathtub needs some sort of ledge to put your soap etc, on.
A 5 star-hotel in the centre of Jakarta. I visited this hotel for CNY 2018. I stayed there with my family. We booked grand deluxe rooms, which was a great choice. The room was very spacious with a fabulous view of Bunderan HI, as the icon of Jakarta. I loved the bathtub because you can see the view from the window there while you bath. The service was excellent, no doubt it is a 5 star-hotel. We also had dinner in the Signature restaurant (buffet) appx 40-50$ for dinner and 20-30$ for breakfast. Though I got my room bundled with breakfast for 2 pax. For the location, it was direct access to go to Grand Indonesia Mall, and Plaza Indonesia just accross the street. For Indonesian restaurants and cafes, you can go by taxi for 5-10 mins to Menteng area, and enjoy Jakarta.
Good view bunderan hotel indonesia if u book grand deluxe room but u cant get welcome fruit like hotel 5 stars other in jakarta, if u want get welcome fruit your room, u must book room type suite Connecting with grand indonesia mall n very close to plaza indonesia.. Staff not friendly... Slipers in room just one, no bolpoint in room, tooth brush just one... Good breakfast.. Overall this hotel nothing special
The sales person eka are so bad, all the fo is not helping, the rate was advice 2,1 million, then get charge 2,6 million, the first time to check in they mention the booking is for tonight and pur booking is only one night and they want me to pay 2 nights, such a worse experience with 5 star hotel with 1 star service
I came here quiet few times with my family. we didn't stay at the hotel but only came for the food. The food they served are excellent i really like the salmon steak they served it was really fresh and good. It's such a nice dining experience.
Well equipped, well located(connected with Grand Indonesia),variety of foods at buffet restaurant(Indonesian, Chinese, Indian,,Japanese and Western) and, most importantly, heartwarming reception by well trained staffs.
I was shocked and disappointed. What you expected from a luxury hotel was the impeccable service, but in Kempinski I couldn't get one. They let me waited 4 fours to get my room. They said they will call when the room's ready but, no call at all. I checked them for more than 3 times, and they only said the housekeeping was cleaning my room, and with no apologies. Back and forth, and the hotel crew didn't greet or say hello, even no smile at their face. Only the securities were friendly. They didn't provide iron and slippers, I had to ask for them. The windows of my room and the sofas balcony were dirty. Looked like they haven't cleaned for months? What made me unhappy was, I requested a paper bag and they gave me a torn paperbag. Yes. Torn. They have a nice room but for the price I paid and the service they provided, I am sure I would not stay at this hotel again. At first I would rate 2. But the buffet was good, so I give them 3 stars.
Excellent, the location was very convenient, walking distance to two main shopping centers. Exceptional Lady in red team and very Professional. Very comfortable room. Concierge team are very helpful. I recommend the hotel for business travelers and vacations.
Self contained, lovely service, nice bed and sheets. Very strange light switches (all or nothing). Fast and responsive room service. Breakfast is nice but nothing to write home about - service at breakfast also not very consistent.
This is truly an exceptional hotel. The staff has been superb in every way -- accommodating special requests, remembering our names, and just being extraordinarily helpful and consistently pleasant. The room we have occupied for the past four days has been spacious, very comfortable (especially the bed), free and easy wifi, and a bathroom with luxurious towels and other amenities. I can't imagine any experienced traveler giving this anything but an "excellent" rating on Trip Advisor.
