very good location in Cikarang & reasonable price, but.. water in face bolw is going out slowly and, the wort thing is small black bugs are continuly coming out from the gab between wall and bed holder.. seems not harm practically but feels not good.. anyway olympic swim pool is just 2min by walk^^

Hotel is located in a convenient location where u can find food & convenient store right at the corner. Room size is good and clean. Just that gym consist of 1 of each track mill, steps n weight station in a small room, but good enough if u just want a quick workout

Coureous staff from door man to front desk and room service. Brisk check-in & check-out no hassle whatsoever. Exception the service at the coffee house was very slow and food servered not only takes a long time but is no longer warm.

Due to the church service on Sunday, I had to wake up in the morning to the loud live church band music. And there was no explanation prior to my check in. I am unclear as to which is more priority. The guests at the hotel, or lending space for the church service. If it was soundproof, I wouldn't be bothered, but that was not the case. It was like I was in a concert.
