They do not accomodate addition of food,drinks bill to the final room bill which is a bit of concern for a foreign traveller as there is sometimes crunch of IDR a guest may have and needs time for dollars exchange..

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast pass as okay. The room is small but clean. The staff lack English speaking capabilities. Overall the hotel was okay. I enjoyed the location most as it was close to Grand Indonesia Mall. I would be on the fence to consider it next time. The wifi was on and off

Cosy new hotel in a pretty good location

Even though the room was amller than expected, it was considered cosy. I requested for room with window, but they were all taken. Pretty good location with 3 huge malls in front. Wish the shampoo dispenser can work better as each pump comes with only 1 drop. I would need to pump 20 times to wash my hair. Breakfast could be improved as well.

Nice and very conveniently located

Overall everything about this hotel is very good. The staff, hotel room, the location....Ofcourse the rooms are small size but the low room rate makes up for it. Only bad point is the hotel restaurant. The food taste is very average. Although there are several food options around the hotel, but sometimes after a long tiring day, you just want to grab something at the hotel itself. But overall very pleasant stay. The staff at all levels were very polite and helpful
