Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Extremely Dissapointed to the MAX

This room is managed by Travelio. 1. Terrible check in. Have to wait 2 hours because the key delivery guy will only come after we give them a phone call. This is not informed at all before and after I book the room. 2. Beware of your deposit. I haven't receive my deposit, although I had checked out 12 days ago. They promise to return my IDR 800,000 deposit within 3 days. Worst, they don't give any update information. 3. Parking is not free because they don't give you any parking card.
