We had a very good experience with the team at the Fairfield Marriott. They were really helpful when we arrived in Jakarta airport even sending the shuttle bus to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and even though we were expecting not to get to a room straight away the team got a room ready quickly for us. Also the cafe team gave us a very tasty coffee while we waited for our room to be ready. After getting to the room we were able to catch up on our sleep, but when we woke we found that we had a message from the airline saying that our next flight was delayed by 24 hours. So the team from the hotel took us back to the airport and we were able to reschedule our flights and make it to our destination. The team were always smiling and pleasant to deal with a credit to the hotel.

Clean, cozy and staff was great. Just a one night layover and included an airport shuttle. Amenities in the bathroom so you don't have to unpack for an overnight stay. Easy peasy!

The Hotel and the hotel staff are superb As a solo traveller, they made me feel so wrlcome and part of their community. Never once during my stay did I feel alone Credit to their management whom the staff told me were super and were really good to them Highly reccommended staying at the Fairfiekd Marriott Hotel Jakarta. Food is superb also.

Airport shuttle ran on the hour. The hotel communicated by text reference shuttle. The Driver called to reach me. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Fine for transit but not the cleanest

Bathroom quite dirty and shower set up very strange. Doors opens inwards so extremely difficult to get into / out of shower if not a tiny Asian. Window leaked (water pooled on floor)
