Cancellation of a flight

Booked 2 rooms on a short notice due to a cancellation of our flight. I can only say that the service, staff and everything was really friendly and professional. I do recommend staying at the hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this one is in the top 3.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. However, I encountered some issues with the building's structure that affected my stay. The soundproofing was quite poor. Every time guests or cleaning service in the room above or next door used the shower, the water drainage noise was very loud and disruptive. Additionally, I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. I prefer a quiet environment for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, this was lacking despite the otherwise outstanding service. Improving the sound insulation would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
