I don't know the standards of other people who stayed here saying the rooms are clean but the pictures show the state of my room on check in. And yes those black dots in the photos are bugs. The air conditioner smelled like mold when you turned it on and the pillows were stained, the pillow case and the pillow itself. I did not use them. If I wasn't only sleeping minimal hours there and only for 2 nights i would've changed hotels

The location of the property is very strategic near to many business and shopping centres. Very difficult to find for local taxi drivers and they will just follow the name Setiabudi road and take you to whirl around inside small alleys of Setiabudi. To make it found a lot easier and to save a lot of guests money the hotel needs to rectify its address for taxi drivers. From Jl. Sudirman turn left to Jl. Professor Dr. Satrio then turn left to Jl.Bek Murad and then turn left to Jl. Komando Raya. Just three left turns and you are here. There was no fridge inside standard rooms and this is a shame for such beautiful hotel. I wouldn't book it if I knew there was no fridge. The staff are good but need to improve their attitude a lot. They need to be very very welcoming and smile and very quick in check ins. Specially at midnight when a guest comes from the airport after a long tiring flight he/she should be sent to the room swiftly. They can be improved if they welcome all guests with friendly smile and it would be even better id they can help carry heavy luggage of women and elderly people.

Best hotel in the central area for the price

These days, many budget "boutique" hotels have popped up all over Jakarta and it's not difficult to find a hotel for $30 a night. I first stayed at Prasada because a friend was having a wedding nearby. My favorite hotel in Jakarta now compared to similar ones. Unlike a Favehotel say, the cleanliness of the rooms at Prasada is astonishing. Really careful and thorough housekeeping daily. A small modest hotel but very comfortable beds and rooms with balconies. The staff runs the establishment with a level of thoughtfulness that makes you think they must have gone to the best hospitality schools. And you're a step away from Sudirman. For those who prefer quality for the price to thrills. Love it! Sunny cheerful rooms too.

Nice centrally-located business hotel

This is a decent business hotel in the centre of town, though the area is a bit undeveloped (though has lots of food stalls). The restaurant is fine and the free WiFi everywhere is great. The only issue is that rooms in the North wing face the mosque which has calls to prayer, including at 4:30/5am, so I switched to the South wing.

An OK hotel

The location of this hotel is very confusing. At one point we had to use our GPS on a 3-wheeler to get bck to the hotel. But the plus point is the close proximity to the business district and Jl. Sudirman...Breakfast was so so...wth not many choices. More or less if you'r looking for a budget trip, this hotel would more than suffice. Very clean though :-)

Nice deal

The only problem with the hotel is its location and sometimes become difficult to locate for taxi drivers too. Otherwise no problem with the hotel and for the price of the room its worth staying if you are on a business trip and for those who are on a vacation try some different hotel because there is nothing you can do outside this hotel and you need to walk atleast 1 km for some convenience store and nearby mall(ambassaodor) is approx 3 km walk.

Not bad, but...

The hotel was clean and in decent condition, but the location is hard to find and the walk to the main street in the hot Jakarta heat is pretty ruff. Once to the main road however, there is a bus line that will take you anywhere. Considering the Jakarta traffic, this was a god sent. The AC dripped, but I don't know if that could be avoided. The breakfast had limited choices, but it was tasty. The coffee shop serves excellent coffee, and the staff was very friendly. I actually like the surrounding area because you are in a real Jakarta neighborhood. If you are looking for the resort experience, this is not for you. As a solo traveler, it was not bad and I stayed here for 7 nights. If I visit Jakarta again, I would return to this hotel.

Terrible location

Small hotel that does its job but its located in a terrible part of town. Cab drivers do not know where it is and the traffic jams around the area is horrendous. I have to spend an hour trying to navigate the driver to the location via googlemaps even calling the hotel to give instructions was hopeless. Will never stay there again.
