Good Value

The service staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the extra services like breakfast and laundry were not available due to the Eid ul Fitr holiday (everyone leaves town to visit family) but, the staff helped me locate another laundry service, there was a nice coffee shop next door and there a few convenience stores and little resto shops within walking distance.

Not so impressive but okay

I know that this is a budget hotel (stay) but wasn't really expecting those few things that really can be improved easily Simply don't sell out the room if it's not in proper condition. I have stayed somewhere else with about the same price but better conditions. There was a leakage in the roof of the room I stayed, was quite annoying to wake up in the middle at the night because of the water drops to my bed, and so I had to move the bed away from the drop. Hot water didn't work at all. Wifi also didn't work (which I still can accept for this one)

Very nice property; located close to Khoa San road

Stayed for 3 nights; management by owners was excellent. Room had everything what is required, clean, comfort and equipments all working. Air con was powerful to kill the heat, bed was comfortable, linen and supplies adequate, small refrigerator in room is great help , hot water bath. Personally managed by owners, very polite, very helpful in sharing information to make the stay comfortable. Value for money and can't expect more. Timely service with excellent upkeep of property , rooms and polite less made my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to the management. 5 minutes walk to walking street, and Khoa San road which makes the stay exciting and comfortable. Will stay here again in future. Peaceful sleep without noise as it is located on the adjacent road of night life. Best property to stay.
