bad service,no clean and worthless

after i check-in around 8 pm ,my room didn't clean! the bed was orderless ~ i asked to clearn ASAP. Then the quilt was creased! I believe them didn't change the new quilt for me!! and the towel was dirty....my room at second floor can't get wi-fi.I informed staff this situaton they just answered sometime happened. I check-out at 6 am.And the last night I asked the staff would have anyone in receiption?I may need help to call taxi. the staff answered maybe not.I had to call by myself.... bad service,no clean and worthless
