I stayed at the Atria for business. Whilst the room I had was a little dated, I understand that refurbishment is underway. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much. Location was fantastic with the mall just across the road. Highly recommend.

Not happy with check in supoused 2pm they said room not ready we wait until 5pm, they give smoking room which is not in my booking we refused then we complaints they give us 12th floor when we get in to the room the tv program not clear, noises from aircondition not get towel until 12pm, we need to call reception many time with this problems. Good location but not so for the accommodation

The soundproofing for the room was poor and I got furniture noises occurring around midnight. Hope that its not due to paranormal origins but that disrupted my sleep for 2 nights. In addition, the towels issued had stains. A bit disappointed but the location beside the Summarecon Mall managed to mitigate the poor experiences
