The building is old. Unfortunately it seems like they do not maintain the building properly. The sink was (almost) clogged, no curtain in the shower space which make the entire bathroom wet and flooded. There are a lot of cocroach moving around the room. It was really disgusting.

Stay at Amaris

The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. It is within walking distance to Juanda Station which makes going to Bogor or other parts of Jakarta easy. There are also numerous eateries around and food street is also within walking distance. The room I was in look somewhat old and could do with a refurbishment though; eg. the blinds were dirty and there was algae on the toilet walls and the bedsheets were not pristine white.

Great budget hotel

This was close to Juanda bus station. Great location if you're checking out Monas. We enjoyed the stay despite noisy kids in the morning.

Very nice hotel in Jakarta center

I stayed 2 nights in Amaris hotel juanda the room was very clean and comfortable it has everything you need. The decoration is modern and the bathroom very practical. I would definitely stay again if i visit Jakarta:)

Convenient and affordable

Hotel is located near Juanda station. Staff speaks English and are helpful. Only downside was very bad noise in the morning - children running and playing along the corridor. Overall, its still cheap and worth it.

Price Quality relation is in favour for Quality

My preference is to stay more at the center of the City. Amaris hotel is a nice city center hotel. Rooms are clean breakfast is more than satisfactory. The personel have a positive attitude.
