We stayed at this hotel booked by our Indian Holiday company. It was very nice but seems a bit dated now. After coming from the Trident in Udaipur we noticed the difference. The staff were still friendly and accommodating. Had a lovely little balcony that looked into the garden with so many birds!

Hi! Thank you to the entire team running this beautiful hotel. Thank you Mr. General Manager Abhimanyu Lodha for all the help in bookings the room, for upgrading my mom's room to Suite ( My Mom and her Grand Children were really thrilled and excited) Thank you so much for organising Welcome Cake at such a short notice. Thank you so much for being patient and for the wonderful hospitality. Will love to stay again. Thank you Chef Pallavi for being so patient and meeting the expectations of all the 12 members of our family. You were brilliant with your work and we really enjoyed our meal at Jal Mahal. Please say Thank you to the other team members who supported you in the kitchen. Thank you Yuvraj( Take care of your leg as you met with an accident), Saurabh( you were very patient), Yeshi(keep playing soccer as it keeps you happy and going), Thank you Pushpinder( for being patient and always smiling), Trainee Raghav( loved your energy levels and attitude, you are in the right profession and in the right organisation). Thank you Kushagra and Nilesh ( for leading the team). Thank you Team Front Office for all smooth check in, smooth check out and with the Concierge services. Thank you Sanchit for changing my Mom's room at 11 PM in the night from #427 to #304 as air conditioning was an issue. Also thank you and Raman for the smooth Check in and smooth check out. Thank you Akshay and Vishesh for blocking tables at 11.35 AD restaurant and then advising us not to go because of traffic issues. Thank you Abhishek, Ms. Sana and Som for everything. I may have missed out few names but just to let them know that we had a memorable and wonderful stay. I believe The hotel is going under renovation so that should solve the purpose as i felt room air conditioning and room TV's needs to be improved. Hotel lawns are beautiful so do maintain them even after the hotel is renovated.

We loved this property and have stayed in a few Trident Hotels and found the standard extremely high. The welcome from the staff was outstanding and the rooms with balconies have beautiful views of the lake across to the Jal Mahal. The staff can not do enough for you, extra water delivered to the room everything you would hope for in a 5 star hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast with omelettes made fresh and the room service food was very good. The pool is a lovely place to relax after sight seeing and the rooms spacious and clean. We would not hesitate in recommending this property for a stay in Jaipur, the service by the staff (who you don't tip individually, but on leaving if you want) was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We spent a lovely night in trident Jaipur. This was our third visit in last 1.5 years. This hotel amazes us with its service it’s manners and location. The staff is amazing and very well trained. The GM - Abhimanyu himself ensured that every detail is taken care of. It really made us feel special. Their Rajasthani thali is brilliant and the buffet breakfast is as good as it gets. The team ensures that we get our favourite room. Only sad part is that they are renovating starting next year in April. But then this calls for another trip before they do So.

Located nicely, on one side there are forts (Amer, jaigarh and nahargarh) and on the other side, hawa mahal, city palace and the main market. Food was excellent and the chef prepared both Indian and other international delicacies well. Be sure to ask for a lake view room (all the lake view rooms are on the 4th floor). All the others are mostly garden or garden plus a distant lake. The morning sunrise from a 4th floor room is nice to experience. Service was good on 2/3 days that we stayed. 3rd day was shabby but would not take away the credit of all the other amenities / facilities that I have shared. Overall, a nice experience.

We felt at home immediately when walking in the lobby. The welcome was nice, a fruit tea whilst they worked on our check in. The pool is a nice size and well staffed, you can actually swim lengths. We enjoyed the bar both nights of our stay, well looked after by the staff, a shout out to Sandeep. We also ate twice at the restaurant. They had a good selection of food at reasonable (by western standards) prices. Well positioned for the amber fort, but maybe not for evening dinner options. Really enjoyed the stay, and all of the staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel was in excellent condition.

I visited Jaipur with family in Dec 2016 and stayed at the Trident, Jaipur. Beautiful property right across the Jal Mahal. Beautiful views. The staff are excellent, friendly, warm and attentive. Beautiful big sized rooms, comfy bed. The best food we had in Jaipur was at the hotel.. serious delicious stuff. Note: I wrote this review on booking.com, but wanted to share here as well.

Trident Jaipur: This is my first review because I usually get more or less what I pay for (in good and bad ways) and mostly the negative or good things are not worth to mention. But this hotel I would like to recommend exceptionally: I never experienced such friendly, caring and detail orientated staff. From door keeper to receptionist, housekeeper, cook and Chief of the hotel, everyone was taking care personally, individually and highly atentiv. Asking for soy milk they send someone to buy, handwritten personal letters on bedsheet from housekeeper and concierge including a souvenir present to take home as an example... The hotel itself has everything a five star hotel stands for without the slightest critic to name. Clean, amazing breakfast buffet, great garden, gym and pool and nice view on the lake and city palace. I would love to get back!

This hotel situated opposite of Jal Mahal so view of Jal Mahal is just amazing. Staff is very friendly and hospitality is good. I stayed for two day with my friends. Our room was great and breakfast was superb.

Really nice hotel with a great view of Lake Palace Staff first class - very polite and friendly. Rooms on the small side but have all the necessities! Breakfast and lunch excellent and dinner okay- a little bit 'mass' Amber fort nearby a must see!!
