The hospitality, food and customer first initiatives. Bespoke breakfast arrangement at Tapri was icing on the top. Mr. Abhishek surely knows how to keep Ran Regency’s patrons happy.

Noisy location

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Water jug in the room had two inches of water in it and certainly not drinkable Pay TV subscription had not been renewed, so no TV on the second night and on the first night, nothing other than a few Indian channels. Majority of other guest houses with lower rating have had better selection and English channels. Did not eat from the menu nothing appealed. Very basic menu and again lower rating guest houses provided better options. Staff have no knowledge of immediate area as we were directed to a grocery store a couple of blocks away when in fact there was one only 200 metres up the road.

Not ocming back ever

Definetely not a place to stay unless you just need to crash for the night before heading to the airport. The staff was really uncooperative even with the most simple of questions. The bathrooms are nice but the room in general needed a much thorough cleaning.

Hospitable hotel.

Close to World Trade Park. Expedia state they do free airport transfer but that is not the case. Uber are low cost to the airport. Great hotel but bedding top cover was not clean, covered in lipstick which was still smearable so the cover hadn't been washed. Good value

Value for money.

Compare to Mumbai and Agra hotels this was the best one. Very much value for money. Close to airport 30 min walk, but not so close to the railway station. Very tidy room and had the best sleep so far.
