I highly recommend and commend the staff. From the moment we arrived to when we departed the standard remained the same. Excellent choice of food, ambience and staff courtesy was second to none. I really hope I am lucky to return here again one day. It's one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed. Thank you all😊
The stay was really comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet has a good spread. It is good for events like conference and marriages. It has good banquets. It is in a close proximity to the airport. It is just 10 mins drive from the airport.

I visited JW Marriott Jaipur on 14th Nov, it was great experience of luxury and comfort. Their hospitality and array of foods in breakfast is super and delicious. Staffs are so courteous and attentive. Best place to visit and indulge into luxury
What sets this hotel apart from the others is its staff. They are amongst the most polished and customer friendly I have ever encountered in my years of travel. They have spoilt me to such an extent that I skip visiting Jaipur if there is no vacany at the Marriott. There is nothing out of the regular duties that is carried out by them - it is just the attitude. They are never in the face but always there to help and guide. They always notice and politely come to your aid. At the front desk there is Vidisha Garg. I think she has been promoted recently. ( Well deserved promotion) There is also Minakshi. They deserve special mention but this in no way detracts from the services provided by the others. Its just that these two are exceptional. Recently I encountered Sitanshu Khattar- the assistant Front Desk Manager. Very polite. He gave me his card and said I was free to call him if I ever had a problem. I don’t think I will ever have the need to do so but it was the little gesture of giving me his card that was so touching. This hotel is always packed and busy but I have never felt neglected. The Okra restaurant serves a breakfast fit for the kings. There is also a happy hour scheme they have and lunch and dinner. Chef Abhijeet is a wonderful person. He and his staff are always there to help and at times add a little extra to the food. They will, in the most friendliest manner , bring along something which they feel I should give a try. Even discuss the recipe, if one is a foodie. The hotel does goof up at times - like when the lift doesn’t work or the face tissue in the bathroom is not of good quality etc but this only make this place human. I rate this hotel as an excellent hotel to stay at when in Jaipur. There are two Marriott’s in Jaipur now. This one is near the airport. Its in Jaipur proper.
Stayed for 2nights here and we had pleasant stay! Okra Restaurant have a great customer service. All staff were friendly and attentive! Concierge made our tour more convenient by helping us booked a good and professional tour guide and polite driver. Airport is just 5 minutes away from the hotel 👍🏻 hassle free!
“Prashanta” - Manager at Okra Marriot Jaipur was so rude that he literally took the plates asked to leave without eating and dared to say that I can complain anywhere about his rude behavior he just doesn’t care. I immediately left the food and still paid the bill before leaving just to make him realize that I did not go there to eat free. Waiters at any ordinary dhaba are more courteous than their staff. Worst experience of my life. #marriot #jaipur #restaurants #hotel #Okra #hospitality #service #customers #waiter #nevervisitagain #food #instafood #hotelreviews #travels #luxuryhotel
I must admit that no matter what they do “good or bad” they are family to me and I get possessive of them :-). They go over and beyond their realm to ensure Customer is First. I am simply astonished on; how receptive to feedback they are right from Monica Suri their GM and Pradeep Sinha the Executive Chef. I support this hotel and their staff 100%. When they provide great service my chest swells with pride and when they fumble I take it upon myself to provide them with constructive criticism :-). Every Member of this family; front office to restaurant to house keeping they just are out their to make your day. Their passion, care and genuineness is hard to hide and, I highly recommend this hotel for a complete experience whether it’s for a retreat, business, visit, holiday or even just a hop in lunch / dinner. Special mention to some of my all time fav staff; Sous chef - Pankaj Rawat & Sonu Dhakad. Front office staff - Robin & Meenakshi. I absolutely adore them as my brothers and sister can’t wait to see them again. When here please do try the following; LaaL Maas, Chole Bhature, Daal Makhani, Bhindi do pyaza and more over just ask the chefs to whip something for you and they are always eager to stir their magic pot and feed you with some amazing dishes. *****My extra 15 pounds weight I gain every trip is true testament to their craft********* Special thanks to the house keeping staff for their splendid work and creative towel craft I simple love them. Note: enjoy some pics I attached as well!!! Thank you Jaipur Marriott Family for making my stay and my colleagues / friends stay always so frikkin memorable. Best Regards PK
Large, comfortable room and bathroom. They provide unlimited free drinking water bottles. The fitness center is well equipped. We could not use the swimming pool due to the cool weather. The buffet breakfast spread was large and varied. Service was very nice, as expected of Marriott. A special mention for the excellent check in service provided by Meenakshi.
We stayed five nights in Jaipur with exceptional great service every nights at special dining room at Okra for excellent food and free drinks, even with nice lunch bags for outings. Driver to Agra for one-day tour was excellent, leaving 8:30am and returning at 6:20pm with adequate time in visiting Taj Mahal. Everyone was very nice to us.
