Came at night. Hotel's door is closed. There is actually no sign on the door that it belongs to the hotel. Called their phone multiple times - no answer. Only after banging on the door really hard did a guy open it. It took me 25 minutes in the middle of the cold night to get them to open the door.

Dear Guest as your demands are unacceptable asking a free meals (dinner/lunch etc ) and secondly want an higher category room with same cost ,,, as all above mentioned demands are unacceptable then you said that you will tarnish our image with the help of review as we don't oblige your demands but still we say within 4 hour of stay its difficult to judge any hotel
