Previous owner had 5 star Airbnb ratings across the board because of its location to the beach and restaurants, large communal pools and whirlpools, free parking, 24hr security, 3 AC units, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area, the list goes on and on! It's secure, private and tranquil - it's the perfect condo for anyone who is looking for the perfect getaway!
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor and has a lush, serene outdoor area. Fully equipped kitchen with various appliances. Ensuite washer and dryer. Air conditioners in both rooms. SmartTV with Netflix and highspeed internet. Administration limits condo to 4 guests maximum.
NO smoking in the unit or in the common spaces.
NO pets are permitted within the complex.
Maximum of 4 people per night
Maximum of 6 bracelets can be administered
