The hotel is very nice. Wish a few tv channels were in English. Also a little loud.
Would defenetly will comeback.. Love the set up, quiet and relaxing. It was a last minute booking but they were able to acommodate us, maybe needs a little touch up, but enjoyed the stay
This hotel was awful from the start!! There was ants in the bathroom, a broken in-room safe, a broken shower and terrible customer service at the front desk. The pictures online make this place seem really nice and when you get there it's a dump. The pools are disgusting with a white flakey film on the main one and the other one is so warm it's not even worth getting in. After complaining about the problems with the room they would say "we'll send someone right up to fix" an no one ever comes.
Muy mal servicio en todo aspecto desde el guarda con su insolencia y el personal del lobby! creo que piensan que nos estan haciendo un favor por recibirnos donde mas bien es gracias a los clientes que estan abiertos no volveria nunca mas y el desayuno es pesimo NO LO RECOMIENDO

Es un buen hotel en la playa, el personal es muy atento y siempre trata de resolver las peticiones de los clientes. Está a unos 5 km de Jaco, lo mejor es tener un carro para trasladarse. El Parque Manuel Antonio tiene muchos visitantes y hay que hacer fila en el sol antes de entrar, además de tener problemas para estacionarse, y realmente solo camina uno a una playa muy interesante, pero a la mejor no vale la pena para algunos la pena de entrar. En Jaco el restaurante La Perla es muy bueno para los mariscos.
