The staff was courteous. The room was clean however, the bed pillows were uncomfortable. Also, the door to the room was unsecure. My last night there they had a party going on till 2 o’clock in the morning, which was OK since I have insomnia anyway

They moved me 3 different rooms. They don’t give you wash clothes or hand towels nor do they have them. The water barely works and takes so long to get cold. There was mold growing on the walls near the ac system. I couldn’t breathe the whole time and now I’m sick. I couldnt go anywhere else do to it being season and all the places being full. The tv had lines going down the middle like 2 of them making it even hard to enjoy a movie. This place need some serious work. The staff could only do what they could do so I don’t blame them. I was just a little taken back when they said well at least you can still kind of watch tv.

I arrived at night, and the staff could not help with the room safe. The next day, I discovered I'd been put in the wrong room and needed to move, and while I did gain a mini-fridge, the room safe didn't work there, either. Otherwise, it was an uneventful, pleasant stay, close to the beach and downtown, with an excellent restaurant next door.

Very hot room, low security loose door locks, no tv channels had to stream from phone, no light in hallway very dark, no towels, light in bathroom kept flickering had to paly with light switch to keep it on.
