No one knew I was coming to check in. Had to sit outside in a fairly sketchy area while the caretaker spoke with the property manager. Place was pitch black, no open onsite bar, restaurant, entertainment place. Per listing. Very disappointed in this stay. Ended up eating the 211 dollars and getting a different room. Definitely not a “party” hotel.

What a great stay. I went with 3 friends and we had a fantastic time. The location is the best ever. We walked to the Cocal Casino in about 5 minutes and the Orange Pub in about 4 minutes. The beach was even a closer walk. Great rooms - good a/c - hot water - safes in our room - mini-fridges - and more. Maurcio the manager was awesome and helped us with tours and airport transfers. The best part is that it is close to the party but far enough away so you don't hear all the noise. Enjoyed the pool and there were 2 nice couples there who loved the place as well. Oh yeah - you can walk most everywhere including all the best restaurants (We loved Kokos Bistro on the beach for lunch and it's a short walk away). Stay here and you will not be dissapointed.
