Totally private house with all amenities in a very quiet place. The entire complex is accessible to all guests.

Not as advertised!

Please remove Playa Hermosa from the title, it is not in Playa Hermosa. Second, the pictures are deceiving, the pool is not maintained properly and the wifi doesn't work in the residences. We canceled our stay the first day, and were charged full price anyway!
