Welcome to Terrazas de Marbella 6D, the only 4 bedroom Condominium in Los Sueños Resort. Ideally located between the Pacific Ocean and the Tropical Forest of Costa Rica. Overlooking the magnificent Herradura Bay, Los Suenos Marina and Herradura Island.
As you walk into this fully renovated condo, to the right you will find the ocean view master bedroom, bathroom, steam room and private terrace. Guest bedroom one wiith two bunk bends, smart tv and ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway to the right, you will find guest bedroom two with a king size bed, smart tv, access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom. A custom made floor-to-ceiling TV stand that functions as a room divider while also providing extra storage, breaks up the room nicely. On the other side of the room divider, two bunk beds were installed. Guest room 3 is to your left with two beds and a pull out twin bed, private terrace smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
All beds including bunk beds, have individual power outlets and USB ports. It is just the right amount of space for everyone in your group.
This contemporary luxury and newly decorated condominium is minutes away from all amenities. A short walk or drive to the Los Suenos Beach Club, La Iguana Golf Course and the Marina Village, where you will find, shops, restaurants and more..
