Brand new and well appointed beach front condo with great ocean views in the heart of Jaco. Enjoy ocean breezes from the terraces or from the elevated beach front pool. Ideally located in the center of town, guests can walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, casino, grocery and more. Enjoy Sunsets from the roof top terrace, get a workout at the full gym or get some work done at the co-working center. The building has it all!

The beach front condo features an open living and dining concept with the kitchen and family room all in one area, that opens up to one of two ocean view terraces. Each room features a private bathroom as well!
