Positive and negative after staying at this condo. for 8 nights with another couple: Positive: Good location and safe environment Negative: Noise can be heard in both bedrooms from upstairs condo. Chairs moving, loud talking, etc… Water heater not working properly in master bedroom shower. Water does not get warmer than lukewarm. Refrigerator ice maker leaks down the refrigerator onto the floor. Towel is needed at the bottom of the refrigerator at all times. Owner (Neal) is rude and not a good communicator. He called us at 9:30 pm the second day we were there demanding the second half of the payment on the condo. rental. We told him payment was already made the day before with his rental company on our arrival the day before as agreed in our rental contract. He hadn’t talked to them before he called us.
