This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The staff are the best-make you feel like family, and they speak perfect English. They arrange for any trips, excursions. The grounds are very beautiful, and the ambience is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spotless clean, and it is nice having a kitchen. The breakfast provided is excellent, and you are greeted by fresh flowers every morning. The walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops is very short. If you come to Jaco, stay here. It is friendly, intimate and beautiful, worth way more than the price!

I took my three daughters hear for a week since the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the Academia Tica Spanish school and a number of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is very charming with a beautiful pool and comfortable rooms yet it was only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. A great place to stay in Jaco.

Hotel villa creole is a jewel of a place. The family owned/run hotel is clean, well kept and staffed with friendly people. The room was great especially for the price. Two queen beds and a full kitchen with daily room service. Anything I needed they helped me with even gave me a ride into town one day. The hotel is located close enough to town and the beach that you can walk but far enough away so that you can have some peace and quiet. This was my second trip to Jaco Costa Rica. In my future trips I'll definitely be staying at Hotel Villa Creole.

The best part of our trip to Jaco. A clean safe comfortable home base go exploring and the best place to call home!!! The pool was warm and clean. The owners are great people and the staff is friendly. The rooms were clean and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't supplied...

We recently spent part of our honeymoon at Hotel Villa Creol. We fell in love with this place. The rooms were affordable, comfortable, and private. The kitchenette was a nice treat allowing us to cook some of our meals. The food in the restaurant was delicious with huge portion. We especially loved the pool. The staff was friendly and so helpful (even when we ended up with a flat tier.) We loved that it was off the beaten path from Jaco wild night life but still close enough for us to walk down to join in or go to beach. We will be back to Jaco again and we would never dream of staying anywhere else. Thanks for everything. Hello to Baloo and the kitties.

We stayed a week at Villa Creole, large room with a full kitchen Two separate sleep areas nice private grounds fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs the staff is wonderful and you can book your tours right at the villa no need to go off site, about a 10/15 min walk to the beach or main strip, would recommend to friends and will stay here again.

We spent a couple of days at the Villa Creole and really enjoyed our time there. The grounds are beautiful, nice pool and well-appointed rooms. The staff is very helpful and housekeeping includes some nice touches to greet you on arrival. The hotel is a good jumping off place for visiting Manuel Antonio park as well as the rest of the area around Jaco. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the beach and main strip of Jaco. Unlike other hotels on our trip, Creole gives you plenty of towels. Pros: nice rooms, good AC, kitchenette with large fridge, comfortable beds Cons: none for this property. We didn't want to leave!

We stayed for five days at this lovely little place. It is a short walk from downtown and the beach. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need should you choose to stay in for dinner/lunch. Breakfast is eggs (cooked to order), rice, fresh fruit and bread. The owners are a delight and extremely accommodating. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

What a great out of the way place to stay in Jaco. Very nice place. The staff is GREAT. Breakfast is eggs, rice and fresh fruit. The rooms are ok. Very clean. tv does have US stations. You are about 1/2 mile from the beach and its an easy walk or bike ride. Its an easy drive to a National park. We will stay here again the next time we go to CR. My suggestion is to change to Colones right away. The dollar is excepted but the exchange rate is not the same. The pool is a very nice. If you are looking for a nice, quiet NOT on the beach, inexpensive hotel that is very good.. then this is the place.

On December 25th I decided I wanted to go to the beach the very next day. The week after Christmas is an extremely busy travel time in Costa Rica and everything was fully booked or extremely pricey. And then I found Villa Creole. A hidden, and unknown, gem. When I saw the low prices and availability I assumed the pictures online were deceptive and that it would not be as great as they made it look on their website. I was wrong! It was even better than I expected. We rented a room for 4 and ended up with 2 queen beds and a full sized futon, two semi-separate rooms (divided by a half wall that gave the ilusión of some privacy between one bed and the other), and a nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge! The hotel is small so even filled to full capacity it cannot be crowded (5 doubles and 5 quads). Nice pool. Decent breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again. But the best part, for me, is the location. At Villa Creole you are close enough to the action for a fun and lively social time... but sufficiently remote to ensure a tranquil and natural setting. We saw macaws and toucans while lying out by the pool every day!
