Issue with property management. Second day a man used the code and walked into the condo. Said he was manager and didn’t know unit was occupied! Came to pick up a trash bag that was left in the hall. On the 27th we were awakened by people coming into the condo at 9:15 at night while we were sleeping. Next day we made 3 trips down to the guard to ask who had the code to our condo and how they got onto the property as it is gated. We were stuck in the room the entire day as we weren’t going to leave our things there until we got answers. Late afternoon a man came to change the door code. We had asked for the guard to have them check the camera footage to determine what happened. The man finally got a woman on the phone as he didn’t speak much English. She tried to turn it around on us, saying we must not have locked the door and then that the camera footage didn’t show anyone coming in, indicating that we were lying?? The final straw was that she hung up on us when we were explaining that we had locked the door and asking who had the code. No return call or any explanation given. The rest of the trip was spoiled for us as we didn’t have any trust left in property management. Very disappointed with Breakwater Point.
