We had a great stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location right on the beach was a real luxury. Everything was relaxing and easy, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Good endless food. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back and stay again.

The hotel was too noise, and they play loud music until 1am every night but Monday. Guest there also are not polite enough about hall etiquettes' and talk loudly there early in the morning and in the middle of the night. There is no gym in this hotel, so the description about it isn't accurate. The rooms have mold because of excess of humid in the country, and if you have issues with it, you would better off finding a different place to stay because the ACs here are not good enough to keep the mold in challenge. The hotel crew are nice, and the food is alright. The drinks are water down, but I can see why they have to do that.

To start out vacation, we showed up 2 hours early to check in. They charge me an extra $80 dollars and then my room key didn't work. Horrible staff, no service at the restaurant and the bar. I will not recommend this place its rundown dirty and understaff
