This is my third stay and this property is very well maintained. Its home away from home and I recommend it for anyone in Jaco.
The location on the beach is perfect. Short walk to everything and the guards were nice. The condo was nice inside except there was no hot water in two of the 4 bathrooms and the AC did not work in two of the 4 bedrooms, and the power went out daily and sometimes multiple times. Given it's rainy season and there were some bad storms we didn't mind. One power outage knocked out the water so of course knocked out the water chillers for the ACs too. There were towels still in the dryer and those along with just about every other towel was stained. I say this because there was a laminated warning card about how there is clay in the area and to not take the towels from the room so as to prevent straining. Stains don't bother us especially when the towels were still so very soft and clean. There were robes in some rooms and pool towels in some rooms and sometimes as many as 2 of each, but we didn't mind. We didn't use the pool towels as we had brought our own and left the 3 matching ones. Beds all seemed comfortable. There was a strange piece of patio furniture that looked like it was missing all of its cushions and had two oversived random cushions placed on it instead that didn't even cover half of the piece of furniture. Kids loved it though. The toaster oven, fridge, coffee maker and microwave worked great. Balconies are beautiful and the pool table was a nice touch. The floors must be thin though because there was a great deal of noise from the penthouse above.
These condos are wonderfully spacious. The location right on the beach cannot be beat, and it's within walking distance to some of the best restaurants Jaco has to offer!

We got in on Friday afternoon. Check in was smooth, but around 7pm two of the AC units out of 4 were not cooling enough. On top of this, the WI-Fi wasn’t working either. I called the owner of the apartment and she kindly sent a technician. However, they did nothing. The first night was TERRIBLE, as it was hot. We definitely didn’t pay for this. On Saturday morning, I called them again and they sent another technician. He inspected the unit and cane to the conclusion that the units are so old that there is nothing else to do. We called the owner again, and she did nothing. I would’ve expected a new unit ASAP, but it wasn’t the case. The place is expensive, but definitely not in great conditions. Wouldn’t recommend until they figure out the AC issue.
Exactly as described. Easy check in, right on the beach and direct access to the pool, all at a fraction of the price of the nearby hotels. Also, the location is perfect—right in town but not next to any noisy bars or clubs.

The view was spectacular. WiFi was spoty. Loved the pool table and how close it was to the beach. Washing machine was great and easy access to pool and beach. Sunsets were gorgeous. We could get the news in English which was nice
We stayed in 302N, a two bedroom condo, with our two daughters (5 and 6). It was spacious and well equipped. We loved the location. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops, and we did a lot watching surfers from the large balcony. The girls loved the pool, which was never crowded. It was mostly families in the building, but there were a few large groups doing more partying than us. We weren't really bothered by them, but I guess some could have been. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the condo very much.
Best location in Jaco. You have the best of both worlds. Amazing pool and beautiful beach. Safe and quick walk into town. Lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.
