Do not stay in unit H2

The complex is nice and as advertised. However the unit we were given was very unsatisfactory, we had a 3 bedroom unit “H2” It was right next to the roosters next door so every morning starting at 2:00 am they stated making noises, one of the secondary bedrooms leaked water around the patio door, the paint was peeling from that room also, the main patio door was so rusty it was a serious chore to open, the screen on that door was broken and in tatters, the faucet in the master bath did not work, the faucet in the kitchen only dribbled, the dishwasher was taped shut with “do not use” written on it, the electronic front door lock did not work had to use the override key. If I could add pictures I would I have plenty All in all the complex was nice but our unit was not ok it looks like they they have neglected it for many years.
