Welcome to our newly renovated, luxury, beach front condo, only a few short steps to the ocean! A short stroll down the street and you’re in the heart of Jaco’s lively downtown area. Tres Regalos Community is located at the north end of town, right next to the famous Croc’s Resort and Casino. We’re proud to have one of Jaco’s few saltwater swimming pools. The 24 hour on-site security give you peace of mind.
It's a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo located in the upscale community of Tres Regalos on the 4th floor with elevator. Enjoy two immensely spacious rooms with 1 king bed and 2 queens as well as 2 newly renovated bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, equipped with brand new appliances and utensils. The private balcony looks out onto the Pacific Ocean and is the perfect place to watch sunsets from. In-suite washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.
Aside from the condo, guests have access to a beachfront saltwater swimming pools, which are surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. Hop out of the pools and jump in the ocean in a matter of seconds! We're also happy to offer a handful of beach accessories to be used at your leisure, we just ask that you bring them back to the condo after using them.
