Ocean Views out front, Topsail Sound views out back with beautiful sunsets while grilling out on the gas grill. Pool table, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Private beach access directly across street 50 ft from property. Within minutes to restaurants and shopping. House is equipped w/ a Ring Doorbell Camera.

Great beach house
House was roomie and had great proximity to the beach. Bedrooms , living room and dining areas were spacious. Views of the ocean were somewhat blocked but great views from back deck of intercostal. Very quiet residential area was welcoming.

Wonderful family vacation
Excellent location led to a wonderful beach vacation for our family. Lance as host was very attentive. House across the street from access to a wide beach. Beautiful sunsets over the sound out back.

Last minute get away.
Lance was able to assist us with booking this property when the website was not. The upper floor was a very nice space with the large and numerous windows and cathedral ceilings. The bathrooms were all updated, and the decor was cute. The dining room table was large enough and well lit to start a large puzzle and the four of us to still eat at the other end.
