Enjoy the sunset views from the screened in front porch overlooking the park or dine alfresco off the patio in back just off the kitchen.

Inside, you have a spacious living area with a charming fireplace and a contemporary kitchen. The split bedroom layout includes a private primary suite with ensuite bathroom with shower in the front of the home.

Three additional ample bedrooms and an updated hall bath with a shower/tub combo and modern features are located in the back of the home.
