"Our family of four stayed here for two nights while attending a SOU student preview day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! Pros: extremely walkable to SOU campus and downtown (opposite directions). The pool was excellent- very accommodating hours until 1am, and opens at 6am. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful too. The building itself is a bit dated, but it’s been updated with new flooring, comfy beds, lights, etc. It’s a modest place, but very cozy and welcoming "
