Apartment style VRBO property. Nice size kitchen with living room and dining room space. Perfect set-up for my husband and me. We were in town for a family wedding and were very satisfied with the property. Close to shopping centers, restaurants and the town center.

Very clean and quiet

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. Everything was very clean. Although we onky stayed one night, the apartment had all of the amenities ro stay a long period of time. The location is close to many areas of entertainment.

Convenient Stay

Was in town for a law conference and enjoyed the location to stores and the Inn and Club at Ponte Vedra. It's worth noting that this apartment is on the second floor of a residential home. Nice and quiet neighborhood with no issues of parking or disturbances from the residents though!

This property is not actually 2 bedrooms - there is a bed in a large walk-in closet in the 1 bedroom. While the unit was clean it did not smell good, especially the shared entry way. Both mornings of my stay, I was awakened by the downstairs tenants opening and closing the garage door at 630am which is very loud in the unit. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants.

Not the quietest place probably because the bed is right above the garage (I think the vibration I felt is from the washer and dryer there at 6-7 am), but its good for the price. Water went out for like an hour, but it was promptly fixed. It has a super long flight of stair. If you have mobility issue, I would not recommend here. If you sleep in the small room, keep the door open otherwise it becomes so warm in there!Overall, for the price, I recommend it.
