This condo is conveniently located to all the highlights of Fernandina Beach. It is on a beautiful stretch of beach and there is an ocean view from the balcony. It is near the Amelia River to Sea Trail that is great for walking, running or biking. The condo is clean, well cared for and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is exactly as pictured on VRBO site. Michelle, the host, is very responsive. Her communication before and during our stay was excellent.Would certainly stay here again.

The condo is in great condition and as described. Everything I needed for a month long combination of work and play. Michelle’s communication prior to the trip starting was great, and I knew she was available if I needed her during my stay. But, everything was in working order. The starter kit was well thought out and more than other hosts provide. I would definitely recommend the unit.

Lovely condo on the beach

This is a very nice 2/2 condo that has lovely updates and amenities. The bed was super comfy and the towels were thick. A lot of thought went into what was available like 4 beach chairs, a nice umbrella with a sand screw at the bottom, a cooler, boogie boards and a paddle game. While the condo is not huge it was thoughtfully decorated and accessorized and was perfect for me and my husband.The pool was great- very clean and plenty of chairs. We also found the other guests to be quite nice too! We would definitely come back again.

It was perfect.

The condo was unbelievably clean and well appointed with brand new appliances, etc. The towels, sheets, beds and even the toilet paper were great quality. Soooo many comfortable pillows and the host supplied everything you could need incl. beach towels, paddle ball, great chairs, etc. Even the view was way better than you would expect given the orientation of the balcony. Pool was great with easy beach access. We literally have no complaints and would absolutely recommend to all of our friends. 5 stars all the way!!!

Very nice place. Wish it was warmer so we could enjoy it better. Lots of great restaurants. Our host was very helpful with all issues that came up. Room was well stocked for all our needs. Great pool wish we could have used it but February isn’t the best time to swim here. Like to come back when it is warmer.

Perfect in many ways

This was the perfect condo for a beach vacation. The condo itself is comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is beautifully decorated and has lots of thoughtful extras throughout. The location is fantastic—right on the beach, with a lovely balcony where you can sit in comfort to read or chat while viewing the ocean and hearing the waves The Sand Dollar community also has nice amenities—carts for luggage, beach toys for kids, friendly management. The owners truly are sharing their home.

We stayed 2 nights in Amelia island. Ocean view was a Birds Eye but exactly as the listing stated. Beach access was super close and the condo was tastefully and artfully decorated. We had everything we needed. The Living room space is a but tight for 4 adults, but totally doable. We will be back!
