Stunning oceanfront resort condo with expansive views and two private balconies. Sea Dunes is nestled within the exclusive, gated community of Amelia Island Plantation. Enjoy breathtaking ocean vistas from this spacious two-bedroom condo. Each bedroom features a beautifully appointed full bath, as well as individually controlled air conditioning and heating. Our home is one of the largest in the building and boasts oceanfront balconies in both bedrooms. Guests can relish a beautiful sunrise every morning! For those who prefer to sleep in, blackout curtains are provided. The kitchen has been expanded and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The spacious family room is quite comfortable and includes a 65” Smart TV and a sound bar. Both bedrooms also have Smart TVs. Additionally, there is a full-size washer and dryer. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot.

We are beach-ready! There are beach towels, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and a beach cooler.

Located on the southern end of Amelia Island, Sea Dunes is just one mile away from the Omni resort and offers beautiful walking trails and pristine beaches perfect for outdoor adventures. Community amenities include a pool which is heated seasonally, tennis courts, and Pickleball. We do not provide an Omni amenity card or golf packages but there are many public golf course nearby and we are happy to provide recommendations. Guests do have access to the restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

Discover the vibrant offerings of Amelia Island, which include pristine beaches, top-rated restaurants, and eclectic shops. You can embark on outdoor adventures such as golfing, bicycling, kayaking, surfing, and fishing. Alternatively, you can explore local history at Fort Clinch State Park. You may also visit other nearby attractions such as the Jacksonville Zoo or historic St. Augustine. We would love to provide recommendations for shops, restaurants and activities. Please let us know your interests upon booking.

NOTES:
Guests are required to sign a lease with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be emailed and texted to you a week before you arrive provided you have signed the lease and you have made all payments.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $300 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges, and it is released 10 days after you depart.

Guests must check in with the guard at the gate, give their name and address, and they will receive 1-2 parking passes to place on their dash.

We use email and text messaging to communicate, sign our lease, and send you guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address and mobile number that you will have access to during your stay.

We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. There are many providers of this type of insurance, and some credit card companies offer it as well.
