Good Stay
The stay was good. The location is great near plenty of things to do. 1 complaint I have is the house is old so it is VERY loud. Every step will make s noise heard through the entire place, aswell for the people upstairs. Besides that stay was very good. Host accommodated for our early check-in.

Great stay
We rented this house for the weekend for the Ga-Fla game. We loved the location and the house was perfect. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, and very clean. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a nice stay in a safe neighborhood in Jacksonville!

Convenient location
Older quaint home. Everything was in order. A/C kept the home nice & cool during 95° weather. Reminded us of a home we owned in Illinois in the 1980s. Went to a concert at Daily's Place & this was a good location to that venue 7 minutes. The host was very pleasant & responded promptly to our questions.

Comfortable apartment with historic charm
We so enjoyed our stay. We visited our grown children in Jacksonville near my mother's house. The apartment was perfect! The neighborhood was nicely located, walking distance to some of our favorite shops and restaurants, the Cummer Art Museum and the Riverside Art Market. The house itself was well maintained and well laid out. We appreciated the quirky art pieces that added to the mix of new and old charm. Overall, we felt it was a clean, comfortable stay with an abundance of charm and generous amenities.
