Take in gorgeous Amelia Island sunrises from your private balcony at this second-floor, oceanfront condo located right next door to the Ritz-Carlton.






As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a fully appointed kitchen, an open living and dining area with views of the ocean, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the oceanfront balcony - one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. Other at-home comforts include free WiFi, a 60-inch HDTV in the living room, HDTVs in both bedrooms, AT&T U-verse, a DVR for recording, and nationwide long-distance phone service.






The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The guest queen room has its own bathroom as well.

Wonderful Amelia Island condo

We loved our stay at 9 Ocean Place -- a clean, comfortable and well-equipped condo with a lovely ocean view, easy beach access, and a short stroll to the Ritz Carlton. Gorgeous sunrises, hawks, frogs and turtles, and a beautiful beach... the perfect spot for a ladies' beach getaway!
