First time in topsail. Great overall experience. House had everything and more. Kitchen was fully stocked and was perfect for eating in. Beach was an easy walk and had tons of open space. Neighborhood was fantastic and walking around the point was a daily treat. Highly recommend and Shannon was a great host.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this house for a week. Location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet and extremely clean beach. We loved exploring around the point and having the option for swimming at the sound. The house was as described with great decor, very clean, and stocked with everything you need. Best VRBO booking I've ever had!

What an amazing place! You will not find a better host than Shannon! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and wonderful vacation. The place is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The location is perfect; super close to the pool and quick and easy access to the beach and sound side where we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Having your own outdoor shower was an added perk and everyone slept great on super comfy mattresses. We had a great vacation!

Fabulous place!

The place was clean and well stocked. We could not say enough about the location. Convenient access to the ocean and sound side! Comfy bedding and kitchen has all you will need for cooking. Loved that you can see the pool from the front porch to see if it’s a good time to stroll over. The pool was never crowded during our stay and there is a sheltered seating area to avoid the sun. We were very impressed and our grandson had a great time.

The house was lovely. We are happy that they are preserving the point! I have two complaints. One, the livingroom furniture needs updated. The sofas sag, and the chair. Was so flimsily made that only our 11year old grandson could sit in it. There was no way that our party of six could watch a movie together. Two, I have never paid such a high cleaning fee. I knew about it in advance, and accepted it, but then, upon arrival, I was surprised at how much of the cleaning we were expected to do before leaving. I’ve never had to sweep, strip beds, or dry and put away dishes in any rental before. Overall, the property was spacious and nice. Our host was amazingly responsive to all questions.

Beautiful house made for a beautiful vacation

My family had the best time staying here. The owners really thought of everything, and were so kind and communicative. The house is clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great as well. Right across from the pool and steps to the ocean. Would stay here 100 times over.

Simplicity at Topsail

The townhouse was very peaceful, clean, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Having the coffee and tea, and other items available was wonderful. The furniture was comfortable and everything was well-organized and comfortable. There were plenty of books, games, and items to use at the beach.

Perfect Respite

Clean and comfortable

This property was pristine upon arrival and as advertised. Shannon’s communication and recommendations about the area was spot on. Except for the non stop rain during our stay is was a very good place to relax and revive! I’d highly recommend this home.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved everything about this place! Great location with very easy access to the beach and the bay. The condo is nicely decorated and recently renovated and has everything you need with a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches and beds. We loved the back deck with a view of the dunes and the ocean and a great outdoor furniture. So nice to have an outdoor shower and beach chairs and toys to use. We will definitely be back!

Everything expected and more

We have been vacationing in South Topsail for a couple decades but never stayed at the end of the island near the inlet. I have always wanted to do that and glad we did. The home was very welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend. I am already looking forward to coming back.

Great place near the beach

This property is near the dunes with a very short walk to the beach. Beach is beautiful. The pool is directly across the street which was great. Everything was as advertised, and owner was easy to deal with. Enjoyed everything!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in Topsail this week. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house and it is perfect for our family. We had everything we needed in the house. We only had to buy our own food at the local grocery store; everything else was provided. We love the location of this house. The beach and the sound are both close and the pool is across the street. They were not crowded or busy at all. We hope to return in the future.

Relaxing beach trip

The property was in an excellent location. The views were beautiful. Everyday it was a short walk to the beach for fun in the sun and waves. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and peaceful. It was great having access to the pool right across the street. The house itself was clean and came stocked with all of the essentials. We only wish it had an outdoor grill. The host was fantastic with communication. Honestly, we would love to stay at this property again

Perfect beach vacay!

We enjoyed the stay just as much as we did last year at this same property! The property is very clean and well taken care of. Shannon thinks of everything & is an amazing host! After many years of visiting Topsail this is our favorite location to walk to the beach then over to the sound and the pool is right across the street. Shannon is very responsive to all questions & gives lots of great tips while staying. Hope to return next year!

Topsail Beach Stay

Shannon is an amazing host. Communications were thorough, with Shannon checking in midway during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The house was extremely well equipped. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower, bringing back fond childhood memories! I would definitely stay there again.
