This 4th floor two bedroom, two bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! This villa is part of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club which is exceptionally well maintained. Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and in WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND!

We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

It’s clear that the hosts genuinely care about their guests. Great communication from the hosts and at the right time, such as the keyless gate access and keypad entry to the condo, all info received two days before arrival.
