This 4th floor two bedroom, two bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! This villa is part of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club which is exceptionally well maintained. Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and in WALKING DISTANCE TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND!

We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

Carings hosts and perfect condo!

It’s clear that the hosts genuinely care about their guests. Great communication from the hosts and at the right time, such as the keyless gate access and keypad entry to the condo, all info received two days before arrival. The condo is immaculate and has many conveniences so you can just bring your personal items, relax and enjoy! My family is already planning to book this condo again - it’s truly perfect!

Avoid This Place

We encountered a problem with Vrbo’s automated email service, which prevented us from accessing the property upon arrival. The Owner was completely unresponsive. After several hours, Vrbo was also unable to reach the Owner or the emergency contact, resulting in the cancellation of my reservation. Any reasonable traveler would expect a property owner to be available by phone in case of any issues during check-in, and this Owner failed to fulfill this basic responsibility. Avoid this place.

Love walk-in showers

My sister, her husband, and I stayed in this attractive apartment for a week in June. We are all in our 80's and we chose this apartment because of its large walk in showers with a non slip floor. The tile floors throughout the apartment made it easy to use a wheelchair or walker. We enjoyed the ocean view and could also watch grandchildren in the pool beneath our 4th floor balcony. There are about 18 seats on couches or chairs, so we could host all of our relatives for meals during our family reunion. The stove, refrigerator, washer- dryer, etc. are modern and work well. The beds are comfortable though a little high for me. The whole apartment is well lighted and there are many outlets for charging devices. We were very pleased with this apartment and hope to return for our reunion next year.

More than 5-star apartment

We have stayed in luxurious and clean apartments all over the world for our vacations, but this apartment is above being clean: It is immaculate! This was our second time in this apartment, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We just have one wish, but it will not prevent us from staying there again: The bedsheets are 100% polyester and we would have preferred natural fabrics like cotton or linen. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end and we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect - 10!

If I could give this condo 10 stars I would! Beautiful view, lovely furnishings, interaction with owner - all wonderful. We have been coming to Amelia Island for 15 years and this is definitely our favorite unit. This location is very desirable as centrally located to grocery, shops, restaurants. We were almost cancelled due to Milton, but ended up having some of the best weather ever. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect getaway spot!

We took our best friends for a quick getaway as a thank you and this condo was the perfect spot! Gorgeous view from the balcony where we had our morning coffees and evening cocktails. It was a quick drive downtown for dinner with an ocean view too and we walked the downtown checking out the shops & sights! Best weekend ever! We will be back for sure!
