This one-bedroom, one-bath, ground-floor Tennis Villas condo is located in the peaceful surroundings of the Amelia Island Plantation! The Plantation offers access to multiple restaurants, pools, beach, bike paths, and more, and is just minutes from the downtown Fernandina Beach. This dog-friendly condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer (in closet by front door), TVs and cable, free WiFi, a private balcony, and even a community pool.

Free WiFi

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Traveled with family and small children
We love visiting Amelia Island and staying in the Omni plantation area. However this was by far the worst rental we experienced and I would not recommend it. The unit is clean yet outdated. There is no kitchen, just a sink and a microwave with some kitchen utensils. The sink is very tall and not sure how someone short her than 5.4 could use it comfortably. The bathroom is spacious and probably the nicest part of the unit. However within minutes we noticed a lot of tiny ants walking across the bathroom. Like a lot. I texted Vacasa and they replied right away that they would send someone to spray. They never came. We also had a fuse blow up making all plugs unusable. It took us some time to figure out what to do. But the worst of all was the total lack of sound proofing with the unit next door. We only had a passage door between us and we could literally hear all what our neighbors said and so did they. It was embarrassing. So I would highly recommend Omni rentals, just stay away from this unit. There are many other options around that will make your stay much more enjoyable.
