The bed frames were rocky and the mattress felt old and lumpy.
Pillows were uncomfortable and not much room to sit down for breakfast otherwise very clean and friendly staff.

Very friendly staff who also kindly offers a treat to my dog Willie. The best part of our stay has to be 24 hour inside hottub and pool this has made for a relaxing stay. The location is within walking distance to a few places to eat and the theater.
Stated hotel was pet friendly, stayed 2 nights and was charged an extra $100.00 for pet smell. Dog is trained and cleaned room before we left. They wanted to charge extra for the smell of the dog food. Dog was with us most of the trip and only stayed in the room for a few hours, be cautious about bringing pets, they will tax on extra charges.

This is an older hotel, but it has been cared for and so is in very good condition.
Clean rooms, pool was clean and cool hot tub super nice. Breakfast would be my only complaint but it was as bad as any other free breakfast bar I have experienced.
The staff were awesome. The room was large and comfortable. My only complaint was the gecko and the two silver fish we saw in our room. When I booked the room I wasn't told that the pool and hot tub were closed due to construction
The staff were excellent, courteous and helpful. Had a bad insect problem at the main entry,both dead and live bugs everywhere. The tv was an older flatscreen, for the price would have expected LCD.
When we arrived, the young was very courteous and knowledgeable about his job and the area. He made you feel welcome to his hotel. I wish I could remember his name. He worked days. The evening crew were extremely courteous and helpful because we had a mix up with our children and I forgot to leave a key and etc. Your night manager took care of everything. Thank you for your staff during this time of loss. They really helped us. JKB
A. I was not impressed with the hotel we stayed at. We were on the 2nd floor and the smell was so over powering it mad me sick to my stomach and gave me a head ache. I contacted the from office and was told it was due to the chemicals in the pool. It was so overwhelming. Then to top it off there were ants in the king size bed, there were maggots on the bathroom counter, and they AC was so spermatic and annoying. The walls are paper then and I heard the man next to us every time the blew is nose and every time the people above us walked and laughed. Sadly we had already committed to stay there and didn’t have enough money to change our hotel arrangements, but for people considering staying there I say DON’T! There is a Holiday Inn Express about ½ a mile from here that looked new. The only good thing about this hotel was the office staff. They were so nice.
