A great place, perfect location, and perfect views. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the bedroom I was sleeping in was not as clean as I expected. We brought our own sheets, as directed, but the room had a bad smell when we walked in (stale, and somewhat like urine). The quilt/blanket on the bed wasn't fresh, and there were hairs on the mattress cover, in the sink and on the side of bathtub. I took the mattress cover and blanket off, put our sheets on the bed and slept that way for the first couple nights.I used the washing machine to wash the cover and blanket before leaving, so they'd be fresh for the next people. They are clearly not cleaned after each stay. I don't like leaving this review, because it's such a great place. But, I had to be honest. Thanks.

Out condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, yet practical, & filled with light! We especially loved the options of seating on the deck. Overall, we found our place to be exactly what we needed- peaceful, serene, & relaxing.

Great condo in a really great spot!

This was our first visit to Topsail, after more than a decade of Florida beach vacations. The condo is on the sand, but also walkable to a small market, mini golf, arcade, restaurants and most importantly, ice cream. :) Each bedroom has an en-suite full bath, the kitchen is large with great stock of anything you’d need to cook. Beach toys and beach towels were available, but NOT bath towels or sheets (just fyi). Beach chairs were available, but they’re the small low ones. Laundry is full size. There’s a small elevator that we didn’t use. Beds were plentiful and comfy. Suggestion: Primary ceiling fan could use replacement. It was slow and loud, chain didn’t allow for changing speed. We used the provided box fan in the primary closet instead. We left our beach ‘tent’ for the next renters…hopefully it lasts through a few families. :) Overall a GREAT rental in one of the few areas on Topsail where you’re on the beach AND have walkability to food and fun. Thank you for sharing with us!

Perfect for our family

This was our second stay at this property. We plan to come again next year. All one floor, elevator up from car port and a covered deck that basically feels like you are sitting right ON the beach, all make this a perfect place for my aging mom. The fact that it is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with things you may have forgotten are all wonderful bonuses!

Beautiful Home on SouthEnd!!

Did not get to enjoy the property as intended My dad had to receive emergency care for four days starting last Thursday so that was sort of crappy. The host did check on him to see how he was doing, and we really appreciated that also allow us a little bit of grace time for check out Just a few housekeeping notes the jetted tub in the master bedroom does not have any hot water and the AC is very comfortable throughout the house but is not coming to the master bedroom and it is uncomfortable. Just FYI.

Beautiful Place - Perfect Location

We stayed for a week in September. We did get hit with a tropical storm, but afterwards, the weather was picture perfect. The house has everything you'll need. We had a great time!!

3rd Visit - Still Amazing

Our third (& not last) visit to this beautiful home. It was a perfect place to spend time with family & grandkids while recuperating from a hip replacement! There is no better view than from the back patio. Home is well kept and the new master mattress was a nice surprise. We will definitely book again in the future.

The Best Vacation

There is so much to say about this rental. It was perfect for our family. The elevator was such a great option for us as my mother was able to come with us. While she could do the steps if needed, she was able to do much more with us because of the elevator. She absolutely adored the porch and spent most of her time there. The location is amazing! Parking is great. The house is HUGE and gives us plenty of space. We plan to be back next year!

Met every need

We have been going to Topsail for 18 years, this was our first stay at this home. As my mom continues to age, the elevator, one floor layout, large deck with shade or sun, and the shorter than most treck to the beach, were all standout features to this property. Besides that, the home was beautiful, spacious and equipped with so many things that I will not worry if I forget something next year. It's been awhile since we've stayed in a home that met everyone's needs! I can stop looking for the perfect propery, we will be back next year.

Beautiful condo

Great accommodations and location. We attended the Autumn at Topsail festival and walked across the street to it which was our plan and it was great, easy walk. The deck was great. Well stocked kitchen, elevator was outstanding to make it easier to get luggage upsatirs, overall great experience.

Perfect week.

My husband and I rented the house for our small sunrise wedding on the beach. It was perfect. The house was great. The stove and the microwave were great, it took us a bit to figure out how to use them. Lol . Master bedroom didn't get as cold as the rest of the house. The neighbors upstairs were very heavy footed. Thru out the night woke us up a few times. Sounded like they were bowling .
