Nicely located condo.

This property was in a great location in relation to our needs. Highly recommend it if you need a close and convenient place to stay near the Mayo Clinic. It’s also about 10 minutes to the beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, but having more information about the property itself in the unit would be most helpful. The couch was nicely appointed and comfortable for lying down, but not so much for sitting and watching TV. Our old backs had a difficult time sitting and relaxing on it. The property was clean and welcoming and had a sufficient supply of linens and kitchen items necessary for a short stay.

Clean and close to what I needed

The property was very clean and bright. The mattress was a little soft for my taste. I had to call and request check in information as I did not get an email with instructions. After I contacted the manager it all went well. Would probably stay there again if I come back to town.
