Hermosa casa frente al mar en el prestigioso Ocean Ridge con gran terraza con vistas a las hermosas playas de North Topsail. En el piso principal encontrará la habitación familiar muy bien decorada con generosas vistas al océano, chimenea de gas y una gran televisión de pantalla plana. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de Corian, un refrigerador extra grande, horno, microondas y lavavajillas, junto con una máquina de hielo de gran capacidad y una nevera para vinos. Justo al lado de la cocina está el comedor frente al mar. La planta principal también tiene una habitación king con baño privado completo, una habitación queen adicional y medio baño. Toda la casa cuenta con puertas interiores sólidas y paredes interiores aisladas. La cocina y la sala familiar se han actualizado con molduras de techo e iluminación de cala.

El nivel superior tiene dos habitaciones frente al mar con baño privado, incluido un amplio dormitorio principal con cama king. Ambas habitaciones tienen asientos en las ventanas con espectaculares vistas al mar. Best Beach Week

We just had the best beach week at Kacy's Cottage. The location was amazing where your feet hit the sand as soon as you stepped off the deck. The house was immaculate and included a fully stocked kitchen, spacious rooms, and plenty of seating. Our kids loved the ping pong table on the first floor, and we enjoyed watching the waves from the deck. The communication with the owner, Jamie, and the property manager, Debbie, was professional and timely. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in North Topsail.

Great stay in north topsail.

Dan and Jamie have created a wonderful place to enjoy your next vacation. From the beautiful, truly picturesque view from the deck looking out at the ocean, which is literally steps away, to the refreshingly clean home, you’ll arrive to a beach home you’ll love, and leave with great memories. We’ve been coming to north topsail for years and this was our first time staying here. We loved it !! Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Beach is great for shelling. Outdoor space on the deck is great for morning coffee, all meals, and with the outdoor speakers you’ll have fun after the sun goes down! Deb, the cleaning lady, is a delight and super responsive. We only needed some sheets and towels and she came immediately. You’ve got to appreciate that kind of timely response. All in all we had a superb time and look forward to returning.

Great House and Even Greater Location

We were the first renters of the 2025 season. The owners, the floor plan, the fresh coat of paint, the fully-stocked kitchen (equipment, dishes, etc)... it was all fantastic. The location of the property on the island is especially appealing as there is only one road at this stretch of the island and homes only on the beach-side... no homes from the sound side or blocks of additional side roads with homes stacked up on each other all with people piling on to the beach right in front of your home!Both the owners and the property manager were extremely accessible and responsive to resolve a couple of minor questions we had while we stayed.The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars for cleanliness, was that the home really needed a deep cleaning to start the season. The recent painting and sanding left a fine layer of dust over everything. The cleaning crew did a cursory cleaning, but they didn't bother wiping down the fixtures and decor or move those items from the various furniture pieces, counters and shelves. We brought this to the owner's attention and I am confident that it will be rectified for future visitors. We'd definitely stay here again!PS - The house no longer has a hot tub. The listing doesn't list one as an amenity any longer, but the AI review summary calls it out as a repeated highlight from former renters' reviews (prior to the 2025 season).

Pleasant and cozy

Love the porch - can stay outside during showers without getting rained on. Comfy furniture throughout. Enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards. The gas grill and Foreman grill were great! Many thanks.

Beach house vacation

Our family met here for a late summer beach vacation and had a wonderful time together! The beach house was beautiful with a great layout and we loved the location right on the beach. The views from the windows of the house were also stunning! We relaxed on the beach, played games, went to Surf City, visited the sea turtle hospital and walked the beach daily. Loved eating and relaxing on the expansive deck and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! Jamie was such a responsive host and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Our first trip to North Topsail was a big success and we hope to return again soon!!

Beachside Pleasure

We were very happy with our stay at this house. The owner and property manager were very attentive to every thing that we needed. Linens and paper products were provided as well as laundry supplies. We would definitely book this place again.

Great Stay

Our stay was great with the large group we had. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Having the house right on the beach was a super plus. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well at night. The property managers were very responsive with the stove issue we had. We also met Deb, the housekeeper who was very professional and asked us for any suggestions for future guests.

Family vacation

Great communication with owner and property manager. Had minor issues which were resolved satisfactory day of vheck in. Only recommendation is regarding the kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes are very unorganized. There is no large kettle so we were unabe to boil sweet corn or other large food items for our family of 10. The kitchen is small for advertized 14 people. We were happy with the spices and other provided staples. Kids had a blast. Deck is great and the location so close to the beach is wonderful. Food Lion is 5 minutes away for most of our groceries. Kids are ready to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The beach is just beautiful, all of the rooms in the house are comfortable and spacious. We had a few hiccups, but they were managed quickly by Jamie, the owner, and Deb, the property manager. Could not speak more highly of our experience at this lovely property!

We had a great time at this house. Great location, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, lots of kitchen space, dishes, pots, pans. The house was supplied with linens, cooking herbs, toiletries, ice maker, detergent everything you needed. Deb the manager was great. We would definitely stay here again. James the owner was great to work with & he keeps the house well maintained.
