Quiet neighborhood stay

Our stay was fine. We had everything that we needed there. The property could use some updating, landscaping, and fresh decor in our opinion though. Make sure you are aware that dogs are allowed if you pan to stay there (fur).

Great Place to stay

Great home! We had a wonderful stay and the kitchen is very spacious and an awesome bonus. Having our own washer/dryer was a big plus since we had a long term stay. Big yard and it was pet friendly which was crucial for us! It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Moved my daughter to Fleming Island and used this house as a home base. Super nice kitchen and great backyard! Will stay again when visiting.

Perfect Location, Adequate Accomidations

We booked this VRBO because of the proximity to the surgery center where my husband was having a procedure done. This home also offered a recliner which was a must have and this was the only VRBO we found that had one.

A nice little gem!

This place was utterly charming!! I stayed there with my 2 grown children and their spouses, plus their 2 full-sized dogs. The house was spacious and well laid out, and the beds were comfy. The yard was very large and grassy and shady. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great weekend

What a treat! Everything was so clean and pretty. It felt like a spa getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer. I loved the privacy fenced in back yard for our dog. I will book again.

Great location!

Visited our son and his family in the area. Perfect location & neighborhood. House was spacious & exactly what we needed. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because there were a lot of old stains on chairs and carpets. I did inform them so hopefully they will be taken care of.

Great Family Experience!

Spacious home to accommodate families. We had 5 adults and one child in our group, and stayed here because it was close to relatives who live in Fleming Island. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores/restaurants, and feels quite spacious. Kitchen is nicely updated and having a washer/dryer is always a bonus! The hosts were so nice and provided excellent communication. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Comfortable and convenient

My husband and I and our 5 month old puppy stayed at this house while waiting to close on another house in the area. Very cute and comfortable. Owners were easy to contact and very responsive to all communications. Convenient to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Nice, quiet community.

Nice Place - Quiet Neighborhood

Nice home - very clean. Has everything you need for your stay. Huge yard for our dog. We cooked a lot and the kitchen is really great with a lot of space and counters. Beds were very comfy. We will stay again when we come back to Fleming Island. Perfect location to shopping and groceries. We have family nearby so it worked very well for us.
