Welcome to Abigail's Lake Haven by Lake Martin Vibe! Abigail’s Lake Haven is a charming 4br/2ba home that sleeps 10, situated on an almost flat lot, just off a big branch of water tucked away from the busy main channel, an area ideal for fishing tournaments. This home is the place to go when you want to escape from your hectic lifestyle and enjoy some peace and quiet with your family. There is plenty of room for entertaining on the large deck or just sitting back, relaxing, and watching beautiful sunsets.

When walking up to the property you will be immediately greeted with a stunning view! Enter the home into a spacious living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Then take a step out into the amazing sunroom overlooking the lake. The sunroom has an additional dining table, a Keurig coffee bar with K-Cups, and two glider chairs where you can sit all day and take in the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom is located just off the living room with a king bed, lake view, and a bathroom. You will find a baby bed, highchair, playpen, and an extra fold-out twin bed in the closet. The two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the adjacent side of the living room with a shared bath in between. The playroom/bunk room is next to the kitchen and is ideal for kids of any age. Equipped with a large TV for gaming or movie watching, a foosball table, 2 sets of twin bunks, and some cozy bean bag chairs. This will surely keep them entertained on those rainy days!

Extra amenities include a gas grill, an open jet ski port with 3 ports, paddle boards, three kayaks, life jackets, and a small covered boat slip (ideal for a john boat or a jet ski).

Dare Power Park has located only 3 miles away that offers a boat ramp, playground, fishing piers, sandy beach area, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Jordan-Hare Stadium is only 30 miles away.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

We had a great time. We love the big deck and the dock. The kids enjoy, jumping off the dock and swimming around. Not too far from big Beach and point. The house was clean and just overall awesome

Perfect Lake Haven

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house was spotless and had everything you needed. The beds and pillows were wonderful. The house is located in a nice quote cove, which is perfect for being able to float or use the paddle boards that come with the house. There is a grocery store within 10 minutes, which was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Lovely decor and very accommodating. Loved the extra toddler bed and crib. Bedding and furniture comfortable. Loved the air conditioned sunroom on the back. Nice, easy walk down to the lake. Only recommendation would be easier access into the water. We had an older couple in our party who had trouble getting into and out of the lake. Overall, great stay!

The house had a ton on toys for the toddler and the 12 year old loves the paddle boards. The neighborhood was quiet, but everyone was friendly. We brought our boat and docking was easy, and access to calm water was right around the corner for water sports. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip up!

As a senior I found the tub hard to get into, no bars to help oneself into or out of the tub. Slippery and dangerous, ended up using the guest bathroom. When I inquired about a fire ring for s'mores (my grandchildren like this as a family treat time) I was told there was an area that could be used, needless to say, I was very disappointed the area was useless for the purpose I intended.

The kayaks and the paddle boards were a hit with the kids! However the electrical plugs did not work at the deck and we wanted to blow up tubes and floats there. They also have a major ant problem, there were ants all over our food! We called about the outlets was told they would send someone out of course no one came, they never responded about the ant problem. We ended up going to Walmart and buying Ant Spray. I would give five stars except for these two issues.
